Tech Lead Trainer & Career Coach
Anemari Fiser
Over the past 9 years, I have built my career in tech by coding, leading, coaching, mentoring, and training. I now help others do the same. I worked hard for a long time to leave my mark in the tech industry: -> building products worth millions with my team by coding and coding as a Software Engineer -> as a woman in tech, I worked towards bridging the gender in tech by coaching and mentoring women in tech in their tech and soft skills -> influencing client's business decisions and driving company culture change as a Software Consultant -> leading high performing teams in a constantly changing Agile environment, under the pressure of client stakeholders as part of the day-to-day team operation as a Tech Lead Then I burned out and quit my full-time job. This is when I found a new, more sustainable way to make use of all my skills to have a bigger higher positive impact in the tech industry: -> Helping women get their first job in tech -> Helping Tech Leads lead
What does this mean? I guide people to discover their authenticity in order to become whoever they desire to (becoming the “best version” of yourself is so last year; you should become whoever you feel like) in any kind of game: career, business, personal life because I believe that all transformation is change, but not all change is transformation. Once you have gone through a transformation, you are not going back to old patterns. In this coaching process, we go back to the roots. We discover patterns, expand awareness, map fears and belief systems, and discover the self-defense mechanisms that hold you back.We use neuroscience coaching tools in order to rewire your brain to work FOR you, not on survival mode (body scan visualizations, playing with fears, role plays, environmental design, and so much more). You gain knowledge of the neuroscience that lies beyond processes like proscrastination, fear, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, and disconnection from the authentic self, and how this processes can be used to your advantage. When we are driven by unknown processes, we cannot influence them. By revealing them to you, you gain back your influence (it was ALWAYS with you), and you will act from a place of consciousness, not only from a place of reaction. You will understand the beneficial practices of mindfulness and why they are SO important in ANY coaching practice. Remember: this is a process. Transformation doesn’t happen in 2 coaching sessions. Be patient and kind to yourself! Always!

With my first job at 16, over 20 years in human resources, a passion for people, and a career based on integrity, honesty, courage, and ambition, covering many leadership roles, I founded Dare (Development Advice & Resources ) in 2016 being truly aware that they can bring value to many people and many companies through what they do best: discovering the potential in people and making it work to achieve their goals. Working with people from all over the world (I have been holding human resources and management workshops in Asia since 2015, and I am a professor of business and HR at Link Academy in Bucharest) is amazing. Therefore I aim to offer excellence in everything I do: recruitment, organizational design and development, training, evaluation centers, career coaching, and human resources consulting. I also write for various online publications, I am an authorized trainer and evaluator and partner of two companies whose tools I use in the processes of design and organizational development, recruitment, evaluation centers, etc. I really like being fully supported by my family every day. I believe that my mission is to do good, contribute to positive changes in people's lives, and bring humans back into "human resources." The year 2020 was an extraordinarily good for me because I managed to do things that I had not been able to do until now for various objective reasons, and the online was beneficial from this point of view. I took several certifications in training, facilitation, and evaluation, but I also started a certification as a pastry chef/confectioner and took the first steps in developing my second passion, namely, cooking and cake. 2020 is also the year we set up Sweets & Spices (https://www.facebook.com/Joyforfood) precisely to offer people the combination of sweet and salty, necessary for a beautiful and healthy life.

Diversity is about accepting and leveraging the differences in people; it is not about making women think or act like men to get ahead. I would much rather have women assert confidence like men while remaining authentic and true to who they are; to move up the corporate ladder or run their own businesses. I help aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs remove self-imposed limitations by unlocking potential and cultivating leadership qualities, entrepreneurial mindset, and effective work habits to compete in this digital era. I provide practical tools and real-life experiences, leading to results, long-term change and effectiveness, and IMPACT. Skills: Leadership development, Entrepreneurship, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Change Management, Executive Coaching, Keynote Address, Moderating, Program directing. I’m a Co-Founder of Fourth Wave, a Technology company operating in the United States and South Africa that leverages disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to reduce bias in the interview and hiring processes in corporations. As a former Executive Director and Board Member of African Resonance Business Solutions, a Financial Technology company and a Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listed Company subsidiary, I understand the dynamics of women leading in male-dominated industries. I’m a Leadership Solutions Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership and a lead facilitator for the London School of Economics on a leadership & Entrepreneurship program for Pan African C-Suite Executives and the Board of Directors.
